We have several offices in Central and Southern England and have ambitious plans to expand our business. To support the organisation’s transition to a new HR system, we have created a new opportunity for a HR Data Administrator to join our HR team. This is a fully remote, 3 month fixed-term contract.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, your role will be to support the transition process to a new HR system, HiBob. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Work with the wider HR Team to get the HR system (HiBob) live. 
  • Insert documents onto HiBob in the correct format. 
  • Filtering confidential employee data to keep only the relevant information and documents in line with GDPR legislation. 
  • Inserting employee data into the formats required for data uploads

About You
  • GCSE English and Maths graded 5 or higher (or equivalent)
  • Highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to prioritise workload effectively and work in a flexible manner
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills both written a verbal
  • Enjoys a fast-paced work environment
  • A self-starter with a with a high level of resilience 
  • Demonstrates a strong team spirit but also very effective working independently
  • A can-do attitude, positive and with a strong desire to learn and develop
  • Strong aptitude for IT - able to pick up new tech quickly
  • Previous experience with Excel is preferrable but not required
  • Confidentiality is paramount in HR you will need to be tactful and have a discreet manner
